For the people seeking info about RCA120:
I don't own either RCA120 or its manuals anymore. My diminishing memories are
  • Switch on the right end disables half of the 8MB SIMM to make it compatible with PCMCIA devices and some games.
  • 3-pin jumper near FPU socket selects FPU's clock source, internal 14MHz or external oscillator.
